Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

All orders are subject to carriage charges at the rate selected which are calculated automatically and charged at checkout.
Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order to you in 7 days . International orders are generally received in under 21 days. Bespoke items will be notified by email when ready for dispatch. Your credit card is not debited until your order is ready for dispatch.

Please note that after final notification of delivery, there must be someone present at the specified address to receive the goods during working hours.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back manufacture it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders to be dispatched to UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the current rate. All orders sent elsewhere are VAT free by default, these orders however may be subject to duties and Customs clearance charges at the port of entry. These charges are forward i.e. to be met by the receiver.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order and the goods are returned to us, undamaged, within fourteen (14) days of delivery, we will fully refund your transaction. Should the goods be of first quality any carriage charges will be the purchasers responsibilty.

In the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty upon receipt, we offer to replace the faulty item at no additional charge to the customer. Proof of purchase as well as evidence of the fault must also be provided.

In the event of a breakage please notify us immediately and send a picture of the damaged goods to substantiate your claim with our carrier.
